Auas Valley Shopping Mall, owned and managed by Agra, was developed as part of Agra’s expansion into additional market sectors during the late 1990s. The development created a more diverse source of business activity while establishing a convenient retail destination for the Windhoek community.

In 2013, an extensive upgrade and expansion of the mall began. The project was undertaken to modernise the shopping environment, retain important anchor tenants and support the mall’s continued growth.
